The chosen candidate will lead and join a team that is responsible for bringing marketing initiatives to life for the organization driving creative direction, messaging, execution and analytics, in efforts to position the organization as investment and business building resource to our strategic account partners and clients.
The Manager of Business Development, Sales and Marketing will play a key role in planning, developing and implementing all of the organizations business development, sales and marketing strategies, communications and activities.
Develops deep knowledge of territorial market conditions to understand how to leverage the UPMC WorkPartners products, services and resources within the marketplace to maximize business development opportunities.
Develop and Execute marketing strategies that increase brand preference within the channel. Includes traditional and digital media, retail/co-op advertising, in-store communication, fixture development, promotions, pricing, sales team and associate training, and assortment decisions.
Lead as project manager for MTOs across two business channels, 20 brands and 2 countries. Coordinate MTO requirements across all business functions to target timelines. Manage all project documentation requirements and provide updates and MTO statistics to the Management team. Establish metrics, analyze and improve the MTO process and in-market timeline.
Develop marketing communications materials (collateral, websites, social, trade shows, etc.)Write and edit standby statements and act as coordinator for all external media in the event of crisis situations
Develop and Execute marketing strategies that increase brand preference within the channel. Includes traditional and digital media, in-store communication and merchandising, promotions, pricing, and assortment decisions. Role will analyze and track programs versus stated goals.
The Search Manager - Paid is accountable for successfully managing Paid Search campaigns for Merkle clients. The primary responsibilities in this role is to be the go-to expert, successfully leading the day-to-day management of complex and sophisticated Search campaigns; act as the central hub of collaboration and problem solving across various departments/resources, while delivering against aggressive client objectives. May be responsible for supervision for a team(s) of analysts.
Execute social media marketing promotion, engagement and conversion strategies that drive brand awareness on platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, etc. while enhancing brand identity.
