This position involves highly technical work and application of underwriting, accounting and/or financial principles. Serves as a consultant for field sales and account management on strategic large employer groups. May lead process improvement initiatives.
In this role, you will be responsible for building on the existing results of this busy desk by further developing new and existing client relationships, becoming the "go to" consultant for the supply for pa's.
In this role, the selected candidate will interact with a wide array of internal and external customers at all levels of the business up to the CFO, including the finance, actuarial, cost and budgeting, membership and information technology departments, to discuss results of financial analysis, corporate initiatives, and financial modeling findings with VP, Enterprise Finance Strategy, Senior VP, Finance and CFO.
In this role, you will consults with operational programs on improving training delivery to support operational excellence, a patient-centered culture, associate readiness and demonstration of proficiency on services provided; coach job-embedded program trainers on effective training techniques .
