In this role, the selected candidate will be erving as the interface between the IT team and business users, the CRM Manager will be responsible for the enterprise wide implementation of new CRM capabilities and the deployment/training to users within the Sales and Service/Support organizations.
This key position, as part of the eCommerce Team, is responsible for being the product manager of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution that includes its current proprietary system (SalesBook) and any future 3rd party systems (i.e. Salesforce) .
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimizing of all customer relationships which entails developing revenue growth through generation and cross selling of all applicable bank products including deposits, loans, and other services in all Huntington segments to customers.
In this role, the selected candidate will deliver proactive account management, including, but not limited to; understanding client goals & objectives, implementing a strategic relationship process, developing and maintaining client specific business plans, deepening existing client relationships, assisting plan sponsor in managing fiduciary responsibilities, ensuring client is aware of Lincoln products and services capabilities and identifying opportunities to increase assets under management.
