The RN - Nurse Supervisor is responsible for supervising nursing personnel to deliver nursing care and within scope of practice coordinates care delivery, which will ensure that patient's needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice through physician orders, center policies and procedures, and federal, state and local guidelines.
Perform physical therapy assessment, reassessment and treatment and supervises physical therapist assistants in the treatment of pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients referred by a physician to the clinic.
Coordinate total nursing care for residents using American Nurses Association standards for practice and the nursing process; participate in patient and family teaching; provide leadership working cooperatively with other health care providers.

The RN Charge Nurse is responsible for all safety, infection control, and quality of care issues that might arise while on duty, as well as, assisting with performance appraisals, mentoring staff during orientation, and dealing with disciplinary issues.
Identify environmental factors which deter effective patient care, initiates action, and contributes ideas towards resolution; adhere to universal precautions. Identified potential problems and initiates appropriate measures.
