This will include directly collaborating with the regions to ensure alignment at the intersections and building truly global talent plans for executive level roles in all 4 functions and maintaining exposure and pipeline under that level.

Serve as the primary consultant regarding HR concepts, policies and procedures for all levels of management with respect to their HR needs. Provide advice/guidance and/or take necessary actions to address immediate situations utilizing appropriate resources.
