In this role, you will coordinate and facilitate New Hire Orientations which includes notifying and confirming of attendees, organizing orientation presenters, creating orientation PowerPoint presentations and WebEx and managing and hosting each event.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for salaried recruitment, managing ATS, managing job postings, recruiting relationships with outside agencies, salaried training and development, selecting/developing/tracking training and development, and company on-boarding programs.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing, growing and improving the quality of the candidate pipeline is key to the success of this position.
