The Quality Manager is responsible and accountable for providing leadership and technical expertise that is focused on relentless pursuit of achieving and maintaining Preferred Status in a manner in accordance with Companys Vision, Mission, Values and Objectives (VMVO).
In this position, you will work with internal customers and suppliers in support of supplier quality issues; provide technical support for activities related to supplier quality system assessment and performance evaluation.
In this role, you will manage the internal auditing processes to ensure adherence to company systems and procedures. The selected candidate will also be responsible for the administration of our Quality processes.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of highly motivated software test engineers working in Agile software development model in delivering highest quality products that meet or exceed the expectations of internal and external stakeholders.
This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and leading the quality efforts in both Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) for the business to ensure customer satisfaction. This person will partner with customers and production in addressing quality questions, problems, provide recommendations, establish and monitor corrective actions.
