The Production Supervisor position will be responsible for leading, coaching, counseling and developing the personnel in various shop floor areas. The position also will have overall responsibility for helping to assure that productivity and quality standards are met.
The Production Supervisor I is distinguished from the Production Supervisor II by typically overseeing a single or less complex product line(s), supervising a small team of employees, and receiving greater direction from plant management on complex issues.
In this role, you will implement and executes all production processes within and supporting a multiple effect evaporation process including a natural gas boiler and drying system, ensuring areas of responsibilities meet BU / Plant standards for safety, quality, efficiency and financial performance.
Supervise the schedule of service and install appointments maximizing efficiency of teams and delivering high level of customer service throughout the process. Manage data input into designated computer systems to assure accuracy and maximize first time throughout the process.
The Operations Supervisor ensures that the Contact Center Team operates at the highest level of quality and productivity; forecast projected staffing requirements and schedules TSRs to adequately meet the goals of the department.
The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for general supervision of all phases of plant operations including: employee safety, product quality, schedule execution, cost management, and regulatory compliance (ISO/FDA).
In this role, you will provide effective leadership in the day-to-day management and operations of water and/or wastewater systems within an operational area, to include production, and field operations.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for implementing formal manufacturing systems to improve the overall production flow of the operation, including visual indicators, continuous flow manufacturing, waste elimination, process improvement tools and improving performance in the key process indicators through the incorporation of lean principles and projects throughout the facility.
