In this role, you will provide occupational therapy assessment and treatment using advanced clinical skills in a specialty area of occupational therapy for patients referred to non-contracted and contracted facilities of Centers for Rehab Services.
In this role, you will develop appropriate treatment goals and methods in collaboration with the patient and caregivers, implements the occupational therapy treatment plan, and completes all related documentation and record keeping regarding these services.
In this role, you will provides a medically prescribed occupational therapy program through evaluation of patient's joint motion, muscle strength and endurance, functional mobility, muscle tone and reflexes, appearance, adl independence, integrity of sensation and perception, performance of activities and developmental activities. Ability to assess and provide age/developmental specific care; i.E., adolescent, pediatric, adult and geriatric.
