Designs, develops, and tests all aspects of mechanical components, equipment, and machinery. Applies knowledge of engineering principles to design products such as machines, robots, instruments, controls, etc.
In this role, the selected candidate must have the ability to size and source mechanical components, develop/edit BOMs; well-developed communication skills with the ability to troubleshoot problems, support company sales associates, and interact with customers if needed.
Responsible for the development and implementation of computer controlled manufacturing processes ( such as foundry furnaces, dip lines, autoclave, etc. ), and for assuring the accuracy and reliability of those processes.
In this role, the selected candidate will prepare and check moderately complex calculations within the mechanical discipline as well as process
calculations such as heat and mass balance and pressure relief calculations.
In this role, the selected candidate must have an experience in Automated Liquid Filling machine packaging engineering role in Food industry; knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Continuous Improve, and 5S principles.

Candidate must be able to perform engineering / technical assignments including working with outside suppliers, implementation of sound lean manufacturing practices and principles in a fast paced environment, specification, procurement and implementation the equipment and layout necessary to meet project goals, factory improvements efforts and automation efforts.
In this role, you will provide support in all areas of process design technology including process simulation, heat and mass transfer, thermodynamics, kinetics and the design of safety relief systems for new and existing systems.
