The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for providing functional support in employee relations, recruiting, on-boarding, labor relations and employee equity programs. This professional will also provide support to the payroll department.

In this role, you will evaluate positions /job descriptions to ensure they accurately reflect the duties and essential job functions and classifies positions in accordance with legal and regulatory standards.
In this role, the selected candidate will assist in the administration of employee programs, such as corporate wellness program, annual benefit enrollment, and required annual compliance training; conduct organization audits to identify employee relations, compliance and safety issues and takes appropriate actions to address and resolve those issues.
In this role, the selected candidate should be able to understand customer requirements and write functional/technical specification documents for RICEFs; should be able to work with Interfaces to third party systems.
In this role, the selected candidate will work with the HR team to develop and implement strategic HR programs. Ensuring positive organization development by leveraging best practices and change management techniques.
