The HR Business Partner strives to align business objectives with employees and management in designated business units, and serves as a strategic consultant to management on human resource related issues.
The position is responsible for Affirmative Action/Equal Employment Opportunity Programs. Ensures development, analysis and effective follow-up management for all AAP/EEO compliance related reports. Position is responsible for analyzing and interpreting data.
Works closely as a partner with the line of business (LOB) management team and advises on employee, organizational and business issues, advising on the internal organization business and optimization of available human resources.
Responds to, investigates and handles employee relations issues such as employee complaints, harassment allegations and assists management with interpreting Company policy and procedure to recommend the best course of action in partnership with management.
