This is a HR Business Analyst role for production administration and engagement in the design and implementation of a global HRIS solution using Oracle eBS HCM, Taleo, Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management.
In this role, the selected candidate will formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver value added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization.
In this role, the selected candidate should be able to understand customer requirements and write functional/technical specification documents for RICEFs; should be able to work with Interfaces to third party systems.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage work stream of HR and Time Entry in Professional Services mplementation of SAP S4/HANA; lead a customer and consulting team through Blueprint/Design process to define and ultimately implement and deploy a global SAP-centric solution.
