Develop and implement internal systems, processes, and best practices to be used by other teams designed to increase productivity; participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment, security, and high availability in the cloud.
The position is responsible for providing support in maintaining and improving equipment safety, quality, reliability, efficiencies and controlling cost in the operations of the plant as well as recommending, planning and implementing equipment upgrades to maintain the integrity of the plant.
The Construction Project Engineer II will be a direct report to the Manager of Construction Engineering. He/She will be responsible for managing individual Midstream projects up to the approved dollar amounts.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop functional and performance requirements for MVS solutions and product offerings; develop software using state-of-the art algorithms, design and development methods.
Modify existing applications (or write new ones) of moderate to high complexity and scope, working with applications systems designs and specifications and utilizing standards, procedures, and techniques.
The product and system development will include the development of safety critical systems and products as well have communication systems and user interfaces. Engineering activities are covering all aspects of requirements engineering, design, agile SW/HW development, test and V&V.
In this role, you will be responsible for the overall coordination, design, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific capital projects and also general plant operations support and maintenance in the electrical area ensuring consistency with company strategy, internal and external customer satisfaction, and business goals.
