This Lean Manager will ensure a consistent, rapid and successful deployment of Lean at all assigned accounts, train employees on lean transformational processes, develop continuous improvement plans addressing critical site needs, and identify opportunities for improvement with value stream maps.
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the plants lean activities. Will carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws.
In this role, you will lead and support Eaton Lean Six Sigma (ELSS) Self-Assessment, and identify performance gaps. Works with the Leadership Team to prioritize improvement activities and to close gaps.
The successful individual will be a leader, not afraid to try new things to help improve processes, a go-getter and someone who is passionate about continuous improvement initiatives.
