Establishes the vision and drives the multiple markets forward through motivating peers and subordinate managers to institute changes as needed. Responsible for strategic planning, strategic management and assuring linkage between the Long Range Financial Plan and service areas strategic plan.
In this role, you will provide leadership in development, implementation, and oversight of system-wide/regional standards, programs, and/or systems in order to achieve desired and integrated strategic business initiatives, objectives, and outcomes including, but not limited to, growth, accountability and patient care.
In this role, you will work directly with CEOs, CMOs, Business Owners, Media Planners and other key media decision-makers to create marketing strategies and develop sponsorship and event opportunities.
Effectively manage work flow of analysts and associates by aligning tasks with departmental goals and objectives. Lead team to success by capturing opportunities for ongoing mentoring, coaching, and career development of analysts and associates.
Directs the coordination of enterprise-wide CSR initiatives. Directs specific project management to ensure that CSR programs, initiatives and related activities are successfully executed and established goals are achieved.
Provide leadership supervision in the development and execution of customized training and improvement processes for operations functions. Conduct regular staff and team meetings to discuss goals and strategy, celebrate successes, and share best practices.
