The Litigation Support Specialist (Mailbox) will prepare, process, image, OCR, and export various types of client data from clients and Project Managers using Documatrix (Epiq proprietary software) and Relativity.
In this role, the selected candidate will communicate complex technical issues and customer concerns or problems members of Development team, translating technical information, results and solutions back to customers at the level of technical complexity required for understanding.
