The Application Systems Analyst II provides application support for the user community; the analyst works on multiple functional applications and performs work that tends to be of moderate to high technological and clinical function complexity.
Responsible for current automation maintenance and enhancements, new automation, troubleshooting and issue resolution, building controls, and assisting with the integration of existing automation into the identity management tool.
Responsible for serving as a liaison with the business owners to lead and facilitate the elicitation and prioritization of business initiatives and business requirements including but not limited to 3rd party vendor interface design, user interface specifications and report design.
Knowledge and experience with Infor/Lawson LSF9 security, including both the Lawson User Administration (LAUA) and Lawson Security (LS) schemas, along with AIX experience (preference in candidate with this prior experienced).
Lead risk based and security analysis to administer and maintain, proactively identify issues/gaps and lead initiatives to improve overall Information Security function, ensuring access rights are maintained and risks remains low in changing business requirements and changing risk and threat landscape.
Develops solutions to a wide variety of problem and works on projects requiring evaluation and analysis; applies technical knowledge, concepts or theories when determining which solutions are best applied.
Act as a liaison between IT and the user community to identify areas of efficiencies, manage Corporate Initiatives and Industry Mandates, test and implement changes/enhancements related to Revenue Accounting processes.
This role also supports strategic enterprise call routing initiatives that are a result of Risk & Control approved projects and technology infrastructure decisions necessary to support CCB Call Centers and the Service Transformation Roadmap over the next several years.
