The Planning Supervisor, Workforce Management (WFM) oversees a team of Planning Analysts responsible for short-term forecasting and schedule optimization across the Contact Centers and other supported groups.
Provides overall direction for the data analysis unit including assignment and monitoring of workloads and adhering to established deadlines and priorities; ensure compliance with PIM guidelines and CMS direction concerning data analysis and data management.
This role is responsible for daily operational activities of assigned unit(s); coordinates and supervises patient care employees; directs functioning of assigned units; acts as liaison with physicians, patients, families, and staff.
Responsible for representing the provider network area on company IT projects, reporting and tracking provider calls and complaints, or for the support, coordination, and production of the paper directory cycles.
Responsible for daily operational activities of assigned unit(s) including staffing, evaluations, staff cost containment initiatives, daily productivity, regulatory compliance, patient safety and satisfaction and quality.
In this role, the selected candidate supervises the daily operations of a team of representatives that support internal and external customers that want to place an order, have questions, or concerns regarding their account.
The Supervisor position is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to clients through the daily management of a team of up to 20 employees, to include hiring, motivating, recognizing, rewarding, coaching, counseling, training, and problem solving.
