The regional sales manager is responsible for ensuring the success of the marketing plan through sales efforts, developing the sales consultants on his team and maximizing customer satisfaction through his sales team.
The Territory Sales Manager works within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.
The Territory Manager generates revenue by directly selling its products and services to offices and hospitals in a distinct and assigned territory. The Territory manager is expected to produce a sales volume at or above his/her assigned sales quota.
In this role, you will oversee the sales, business development, customer relations, outside sales rep activities and engage in hands-on activities in each of these areas as required. Assisting in planning and ensuring the effective execution of business unit sales and market development strategies for assigned territory.
The RSM will be responsible for sales of IoT Solutions including connected gateways, sensors and cloud-based solutions. This position can be located anywhere in the western U.S. with access to a major airport.
In this role, you will hire, train, motivate, and lead your team to meet and exceed their sales performance goals, and ensure that they prospect qualified leads, develop solid relationships, and negotiate and close deals.
In this role, you will work in conjunction with human resources and resource planning but takes primary responsibly in sourcing, recruiting, on-boarding of all levels within the acquisition and retention organization, and ensures period production and productivity goals are met or exceeded.
