In this role, the selected candidate will be sourcing and screening candidates using the latest social recruiting vehicles, Internet web sites/databases, networking, job fairs, employee referral program, professional organizations, etc.
Provides consultative guidance to senior leaders with respect to talent, compensation, relocation, diversity, and HR policies; the role will support a broader agenda of promoting and hiring a diverse workforce.
Administer the employment function, which includes recruiting and screening of applicants, facilitating the use of any temporary employment agencies and managing the job posting system for internal/external candidates in accordance with company and legal guidelines.
In this role, the selected candidate must have the ability to learn and quickly grasp changing new and emerging technical and / or sales roadmaps that effect hiring and skill trends needed to supply the business with critical talent.
The technical support shall be able to obtain new enlisted and officer contract information through liaison with other departments, verifying appropriate documentation, and matching information from Navy web-based applications and databases, and updating selected records. Contractor personnel should be able to use MS Office applications and be proficient in MS Excel and MS Access.
