In this role, the selected candidate will be sourcing and screening candidates using the latest social recruiting vehicles, Internet web sites/databases, networking, job fairs, employee referral program, professional organizations, etc.
Administer the employment function, which includes recruiting and screening of applicants, facilitating the use of any temporary employment agencies and managing the job posting system for internal/external candidates in accordance with company and legal guidelines.
Provides consultative guidance to senior leaders with respect to talent, compensation, relocation, diversity, and HR policies; the role will support a broader agenda of promoting and hiring a diverse workforce.
Manage light team leader responsibilities over site-based or virtually located recruiters. With direction from their talent acquisition leader, collaborate and build staffing plans proactively with the assigned business group leaders to enable them to achieve resource hiring requirements.
