In this role, the selected candidate will define the To-be state of business process and workflow as expected by customer (user and IT teams) along with thought leadership inputs, refinements and improvements which will help the customer to achieve objectives faster and in efficient manner.
The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for developing manual and automated test plans, regression tests, load tests, integration tests, as well as employing issue resolution tracking and reporting for Court Technology Services projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for testing the database logic, quality, performance, workflows and reports ensuring they meet the business requirements and acceptance criteria prior to release and after release into user facing environments.
Provides evaluation, engineering/design and implementation services for new products, technologies and solutions to address corporate business requirements. Provides escalation support to Tier 1 and 2 engineers.
Responsible for quality compliance, accuracy and customer service standards. Reviews files completed by Central Baggage representatives to ensure customer complaints are being resolved and the voice of the company is being conveyed.
This position carries out procedures to ensure that all assigned information system projects meet minimum organization standards and end-user requirements and provides guidance to other Quality Assurance Specialists.
In this role, you will be responsible for Quality Assurance Testing of Foundry ASIC reference flows. The candidate will build ASIC test cases, perform debug of issues found, and create automation to assist in QA analysis.
