In this role, you will perform all project control duties, including (but not limited to) converting estimates to cost system, maintain change control, track project costs & progress, create internal & external monthly reporting and work under minimal direction of the project control lead.
In this role, the selected candidate must have an experience with Work Orders, Equipment Master, Material Master, and Procurement; experience with designing, testing, and implementing PM and MM solutions.
The IT PMO Analyst is responsible for gathering and analyzing data to establish and maintain project management related financials, metrics and reports in order to provide transparency to various stakeholders and identify areas for process improvement.
In this role, you will work with Financial Advisors to create customized financial plans, lead financial planning meetings and provide clients with valuable advice to help them achieve their financial goals.
The role is responsible for aligning staffing needs based on business prioritization, tracking and maintaining resource allocation information and providing regular reporting resource allocation (for example, resource utilization, resource gaps, project cost within North America).
