In this role, the selected candidate will plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to restore or maintain patient well being; evaluate patients with physical, psycho-social and/or cognitive impairments.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing patient assessment/re-assessment, direct patient care, and individualized care planning/implementation. Provides quality occupational therapy services according to the principles and practices of occupational therapy.
In this role, the selected candidate screens, examines and evaluates patients, including history, systems review, and application of appropriate tests and measures, synthesis information and interprets examination findings in order to establish a diagnosis, identify impairments, determine the predicted level of improvement and the time required to achieve it, identify precautions/contraindications and design and plan of care.
In this role, you will administer diagnostic testing procedures to determine the extent of patients impairment and prognosis for improvement; analyze testing and other pertinent information to create individual treatment plans.
