The Senior Manager Demand Planning, Allocation & Replenishment plays a critical role by identifying opportunities, risks, and making business recommendations through the analysis of brand and product performance including sales, gross profit and inventory management.
The Sr. Manager, Merchandising Optimization drives the strategy and vision for onsite merchandising. Reporting to the Senior Director, the Senior Manager will strategize, develop and implement best practices for onsite search initiatives and capabilities, product recommendations, and product ratings & reviews to achieve sales plan.
Manage complex, technical projects ensuring clear value based deliverables, effective teamwork with quality and enterprise grade quality and 'ilities' (scalability, security, performance, monitoring) planned into Minimally Viable Product (MVP) and subsequent project releases.
