In this role, you will serve as Executive leader for areas outside of HR as organizational needs dictate leading, planning and aligning outcomes and results in accordance with overall strategic intent.
In this role, the selected candidate will oversee adherence to applicable Security Policies and Standards and IAM Policies and Standards; partner with business owners and technology groups to synchronize plans to remediate gaps.
The candidate will reviews and approves project plans and monitors work progress. Approves final packages to ensure systems adhere to corporate policies, practices and data and content management standards.
In this role, you will achieve specified goals in business conduct, recruiting, and retention of producers, production, persistency, and expense management in accordance with business center and company key objectives.
