As Manager of CRM Solution Development, you will be a CRM thought leader and solution architect. You will be responsible for working with clients and leading Avanade delivery teams in planning, designing, building, testing and maintaining CRM solutions.
Achieve the highest possible net operating income through the implementation of effective cost control and revenue improvement programs; identify trends and recommend appropriate strategies and adjustments.
Establish, document, implement, and monitor the IS Security Program and related procedures for the facility using requirements and guidance from the CSA, GCA, and industry standards, and ensure facility compliance with requirements for IS.
Reviews the statement of work and product/customer specification to determine the requirements, schedule, and budget; serves as primary interface with the customer to manage the program and resolve customer issues.
