Will provide customer service to customers/agents over the phone at a level that is consistent with Travelers Business Center quality and productivity goals.
In this role, you will promote sales to direct B2B customers by initiating calls, acting on leads and/or prospects in order to meet customers needs, present/explain SGWS products and make purchase recommendations. Builds positive working relationship with customers, understanding their needs and business drivers.
In this role, the selected candidate will utilize a consultative sales approach to sell insurance policies to prospective policy holders by providing rate quotes and coverage information that helps them live safer more secure lives.
As the Inside Sales Representative, you will work closely with the Strategic/National Account team and bridge Division Product Managers to support the US and Canada branch network to identify leads on large projects, in addition to providing overall support.
In this role, you will be responsible to assist in planning call and e-mail activities to generate Leads using the most efficient means, in collaboration with the Field Marketing, Solution Specialists, Inside Sales Management.
