In this role, you will partner closely with our Senior Vice President of Global Customer Care and the customer care management team to understand their business, and co-design solutions to turn their priorities into impactful people strategies.
In this role, you will drive core HR processes including performance management and differentiation, management resource review (MRR), succession planning, salary planning, and incentive compensation; partner with HR COEs for guidance.
In this role, the selected candidate will proactively build relationships and partner closely with our Chief Information & Technology Officer and teams to understand their business and turn their priorities into effective, impactful people strategies.
In this position you will be responsible for planning, directing and delivering Corporate and customized HR services in support of business unit/divisional/regional objectives. May support more than one business unit. Proactively consults with clients and recommends HR strategic solutions to improve critical business outcomes.
