In partnership with the CEO and senior management team, build the Human Resources function to support a rapidly growing organization in a high growth industry; design and execute initiatives to strengthen and build organizational capabilities specifically in the areas of growth, accountability, and results.
The Human Resources Business Partner will be a strategic business partner to executive and senior leadership at the corporate office. The incumbent will have a proven track record as a proactive, solution oriented HR leader focused on driving value to the business.
he HR Business Partner is responsible for developing and implementing strategies and plans focused on human capital management, customer satisfaction and business performance for assigned client groups.
Develops effective working relationships, influencing and challenging the senior management team on their personal style and the development and delivery of their people plans in support of the achievement of the business area and HR strategies.
Act as primary contact to onboard new employees on timekeeping, self-service, benefit eligibility and enrollment, and other HR related items for acquisitions, and travel as necessary to support and train employees face to face.
Answer general and routine inbound calls and electronic requests pertaining to Human Resource programs and procedures as well as other inquiries in more specialized areas, such as benefits, compensation, payroll, talent development, etc.;
This role would work in conjunction with and support other departments, such as Payroll & Accounting, and Recruiting & Hiring. Aiding with new hire paperwork processing and a dash of recruiting during our busy season as well.
