Provide patient services to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. This position will perform patient assessments, diagnosis & treatment plans, perform physical examinations, consultations, patient counseling/education, and triage problems to the surgeon. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and provide the highest extent of customer service and patient care.
Performs complete history with screening physical exam, including review of systems, general and pelvic exams including cultures, intrauterine insemination, and uterine sounding and endometrial biopsy.
Family Physicians and General Practitioners provide comprehensive longitudinal primary health care and medical services to a population local to the community being served including regular in and out of office care, inpatient care and out of office hours care.
Provide direct patient care services. Elicits detailed patient histories, assesses patient medical needs, initiates appropriate diagnostic testing and/or treatment and completes appropriate medical record documentation. Evaluates and treats minor illnesses and injuries.
Performing physical examinations, ordering appropriate diagnostic tests, establishing diagnosis and provide care and management for common illnesses and disease prevention in the pediatric and adult patient.
This Nurse Practitioner(NP) position functions autonomously and in collaboration with all members of the healthcare team to coordinate and facilitate quality, cost-effective care while minimizing fragmentation of the healthcare delivery system for ESRD and CKD patients.
