In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the development, architectural, and construction team with preconstruction expertise including value design, costs, project schedules, procurement, and project pursuits.
In this role, you will assist customers by providing technical solutions, identify and communicate value engineering opportunities, preparing proposals, handling customer inquiries and work with sales team to generate sales quotations based on your takeoff.
In this position, you will ensure that all estimates, schedules, value engineering efforts, cost report planning and purchase planning efforts and documents are prepared as scheduled and to the levels of quality and detail required.
In this role, you will be able to read and understand civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, etc. plans and specifications to include blue prints, proposals and other documents as they relate to the electrical work.
