In this role, you will coordinate all aspects of patient and family care; Serves as team leader, providing direction and supervision for the interdisciplinary team members to promote TRUE HOPE values in proactive patient care management activities.
The ESM 1stLine function ensures compliance to policies through a programmatic approach including testing and analysis. The team regularly updates policies to include process improvements or changes to the risk environment. The team also regularly updates the contract templates working with internal stakeholder groups and Legal.
In this role, you will analyze enterprise business context (trends and business strategy), as well as change requirements in other architecture viewpoints, to derive the Network Architecture future state.
In this role, you will be responsible for optimal deployment of renewal personnel and makes recommendations for enhancing the renewal processes, coverage models, or team configurations in order to maximize retention productivity.
In this role, you will work with Risk Management and Counsel to provide timely response in litigated matters, and to ensure adherence to judicial proceedings (i.e.: subpoenas, depositions, court orders, search warrants).
This position can be based remotely with this individual ideally being in the Southwestern or Western part of the United States. Prior Hilton Revenue Management experience is preferred, but not required.
