The Assistant Portfolio Operations Director coordinates the management operation of the cash management and resident relations functions within the guidelines of the quality standards, operating objectives, and goals established by the Company and the property management department.
Design of course content and delivery of instruction to trainees including CIS content as standardized work, workload balancing, job element sheets and instruction training, practical problem solving, process improvement dialog/continuous improvement, waste elimination methods, team concept, workplace organization, and value stream mapping.

The Network Director, PMO/PI/CVA is responsible for setting up a Program Management Office for Performance Improvement (margin) and Clinical Value Analysis Project Management capability for the network.
Working directly with the CEO, the Director of Operations shall be responsible for day to day administration of business operations and quality control standards within the company to achieve set goals and objectives.

The Director Administrative Operations directs all aspects of operational support on behalf of the Chief Operations Officer (COO) Dignity Health International LLC and in collaboration with the Dignity Health Enterprise PMO (EPMO).
