Under general direction this position plans, develops, and manages execution of strategic account acquisition and profitable retention strategies. Working as part of a team, this sales executive is accountable for revenue growth across strategic accounts in addition to acquiring net new logo business.
Make sales presentations to SMB and enterprise-level customers on how Bluetooth LE and Wi-Fi solutions can address their business needs; communicate customer business requirements to engineering and implementation teams.
Promotes, sells and secures/close orders from existing and potential customers. Drive the retention and growth of product mix between orders and new orders in line with business and budget objectives as set forth by senior management.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets established by the BFS Sales Head and execute business development, offering positioning and sales strategies as a member of the sales team for North America.
In this role, you will be responsible for achieving local office and/or industry revenue goals by building market presence and identifying and helping pursue new business opportunities in line with firm.
Develop a sales team that is highly trained in Category Management, and consistently adheres to the principles of Fact Based Selling. Continuously coach their individual selling and presentation styles, providing feedback, guidance, and training where necessary.
Responsible for developing long - term relationships with the portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders with an objective to lead the strategic growth of sustainable, profitable revenue.
Work strategically with leadership and other team members to design, execute and maximize a grassroots sourcing strategy that includes but is not limited to: cold/warm calling, referral programs, foot sourcing, social media, events, conferences and other methods deemed appropriate for the defined geographic territory.
