In this role, the selected candidate will support therapy choice through therapeutic, product education, and patient pull through; assist patients/caregivers in understanding and implementing treatment protocols prescribed by the target physician.
In this role, you will be responsible for compliance with overall nursing practice standards of the specialty area. Uses established principles of delegation and supervision to direct the activities of all licensed and non-licensed care givers and support staff in the delivery of patient care during their assigned shift.
This position is responsible for providing Informatics expertise and resources for a facility or specialty area. As a resource, this position provides on-going user training and informatics support for various teams and committees.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the development and administration of evidence- and theory-based, clinical staff development programs with the primary goal of improving the quality of patient care by increasing the competence of all personnel involved in the delivery of patient services through the creation and promotion of healthy teaching, learning and work environments.
In this role, you will develop, coordinate, facilitate and plan on-going information system evaluation including: user accuracy, data integrity, and system reliability to support decisions and coordinate outcomes.
