Manage branch service team associates and service supervisor(s). Reinforces service
standards by conducting quality control training and inspections; directs service
department to ensure customer growth through retention increase.
In this role, you will lead and manages branch associates at a branch with a moderate to substantial level of
activity and complexity; includes service associates, sale associates and multiple supervisors.
Responsible for the P&L of a medium-to-large sized revenue branch. Monitors expenses and analyzes financial performance of branch. Identifies operational deficiencies and implements plans for improvement.
This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z. You will be subject to the required registration process, which includes a criminal background and credit check.
