The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years' of experience and should have solid experience in legal research and writing, drafting legal memorandum and briefs, researching legal matters issues and general litigation.
Negotiating directly with customers and leading contract negotiations for business units to ensure internal alignment, compliance with corporate risk directives, and policies and procedures requiring judgment, interpretation and decision making skills.
Tracks and communicates status of tasks, projects, and outside lawyers activities to the partners of the Company in an effective manner; manages and multi-tasks a large number of day-to-day legal matters for the Company and its various projects.
In this role, the selected candidate will be drafting, serving and filing litigation documents such as civil and complaints, motions, subpoenas, and appellate briefs, with a particular emphasis on discovery-related documents and filings.
Assist managing attorney in establishing and enforcing internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable domestic and international laws and regulations and industry best practices.
