The Partner Specialist is a limited portfolio seller, focused on a specific solution set, and aligned to our Life Sciences Group partner relationships. This individual will have assigned territories and will be responsible for solution growth with all clients in their territory. Partner Specialists work in an overlay capacity with Account Developers and Account Managers in existing clients, but also have the responsibility to open new client relationships.
In this role, you will develop rapport and evaluate the business owner/decision makers Human Capital Management needs, determining which products are appropriate and referring to internal partners as needed.
In this position, you'll identify and cultivate new prospects from small to major accounts in your geographic territory, strategically collaborate with internal partners to cross-sell into existing accounts and effectively close sales for ADP TotalSource, the largest Professional Employer Organization (PEO) in the U.S. and the business unit with 5 years of double digit growth.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of company business, identify leads (some leads provided by Inside Sales Reps), manage prospects and acquire new business.

As Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales and driving short- and long-term revenue and profit growth through prospecting, acquisition, development, and expansion customer opportunities.
In this position, you will provide analysis of waste water treatment systems and identify the benefits of product(s) use. Develop technical data through oversight of bench and pilot scale studies, and/or literature reviews to develop case studies and/or technical papers/presentations for clients, professional organizations, and/or trade or professional organizations conferences.
In this role, the selected candidate will work closely with the Sales Manager to set strategy, determine target Vertical opportunities, and develop overall sales goals/quotas. Potential need to collaborate with other sellers to provide appropriate coverage and total solution to customers.
