You will work with trading and research teams to provide comprehensive client coverage, including fulfilling client requests for market updates, assisting with execution of client orders and providing institutional clients with information about specific structures.
The ideal candidate will be expected to provide end-to-end portfolio stewardship and partner closely with the business and strategy managers to execute initiatives that will improve overall portfolio performance.
Create documentation around credit rating models. Act as a key point of contact to rating teams and the methodology framework and review groups to ensure consistency of rating models and scorecards across sectors, provide technical support and guidance as appropriate.
The BCO will support the oversight of the end to end system of controls that mitigate risk and drive a program through active engagement, thematic reviews, risk analysis and control deep dives that continuously manages and reduces the Businesss residual risk profile.
Develop and implement world class Existing Customer Line Management strategies including reactive/proactive line increase, line reduction and line reallocation to drive sustainable business growth and customer loyalty.
The role will involve regular interaction with sales, trading and quant teams. A good part of the role involves coming up with ideas and expanding traditional business by partnering with trading, sales, and control functions.
Candidate will manage a small team of direct reports who will assist with the review and testing requirements noted above, as well as other fair lending advisory functions to ensure compliance with fair lending regulations.
The candidate will be required to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls relating to risks involved in the relevant areas in accordance with Group Audit Methodology and the established risk assessment framework.
