The Senior Training Specialist is a content expert and/or training process expert who develops and delivers training that integrates business processes with skills and knowledge required for employees to safely and effectively perform job duties.
The Sr Specialist Training Field will be responsible for providing technical expertise and knowledge of our clients solutions to retail and B2B sales associates via one-on-one and small group trainings, face to face interactions or via phone/webinar.
In this role, you will be responsible for
conduct learning needs analyses, defining behavior and skill objectives associated with various training requests, partnering with HR and L&D teams when appropriate.
In this role, you will review training programs of other business units to ensure compliance with mainstream training practices. The selected candidate will collaborate with directors, managers, and employees to determine training needs.
This position assists in monitoring the effectiveness of course material and modifies/revises course materials as instructed. Works closely with the Subject Matter Experts to create and deliver web based training.
Supervises internal and external resources and activities involved in the day-to day operation and security of the Company's portfolio of occupied buildings and facilities and tracks performance against credible benchmarks.
In this role, the selected candidate will promote student interest and participation throughout multiple days of technical trainings and webinar style trainings while ensuring understanding on all topics.
In this role, you will provide support for other related a Customer Operations programs such as onsite training for third party contractors which may include travel to contractor locations. PSE&G values most relevant to this position will be discussed during the interview process.
