Manage projects to expand the capabilities of our financial systems domestically and internationally, including incorporating functionality to support multiple currencies and multi-national financial/tax regulations.
Partner with our Accounting and Procurement teams to gather, assess and validate requirements ensuring that their evolving needs within our financial and/or purchasing/inventory management systems are met.
The resource will be responsible for performing L2 caliber troubleshooting/triage of incidents, completing escalation management.
