In this role, the selected candidate will complete audits of financial statements for small companies, credit unions, non-profit organizations, condominium associations and 401(k) plans; including planning, financial information analysis, fieldwork, adjusting journal entries, financial statement preparation and letters of recommendation based upon audit findings.
In this role, you will be responsible for company-wide or local tax accounting reconciliation and compliance. May lead project teams, partnering with sites or businesses to identify and resolve tax problems.
This position will be responsible for all stages of updating and production of these two multi-volume series, from notifying authors of manuscript deadlines, deleting previously published content when requested, updating and maintaining author contact and biographical information, managing all publication files, requesting and monitoring receipt of reprint permission, and performing final review, ensuring accuracy of the updated publications, and ensuring compliance with all manuscript and production deadlines.
Act as a business advisor to global companies and understand the life cycle from start to finish; Conduct research and review for foreign tax laws and regulations related to international tax planning strategies and other transactions.
As a Tax Manager, you will work within an engagement team and draw on experience in accounting and taxation to provide tax compliance and consulting services to multinational clients on the tax implications of their international operations.
