In this role, you will serves as the primary Human Resources representative for designated clinical client groups by providing direction in all areas of Talent Acquisition related to the recruitment of non-exempt and exempt employees.

In this role, the selected candidate will assist in maintaining all recruiting management records, data and metrics as well as the management of candidate records; you will work to maintain relationships with external vendors.
The Senior Technical Recruiter will be expected to utilized his or her leadership capabilities in support of recruiting and/or corporate initiatives and may be called upon to serve in a managerial role as our organization evolves and workload demands increase.
