In this role, you will be responsible for the execution of full life-cycle campus recruiting. The selected candidate will serve as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for candidates, educational institutions and the business.
Work with current applicant system (LawCruit) to best optimize the system for recruiting reporting and statistical analysis; manage on-boarding and customization of anticipated new recruiting system (Workday).
Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process, including, salary recommendations and closing of candidates.
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist serves as an internal subject matter expert in talent acquisition, providing a consultative partnership with hiring teams in order to recruit and hire top talent into the organization.
