Leads, supports and facilitates requirements and design sessions. Documents business and functional specifications used for software design and development including software traceability matrices and use case diagrams.
Assist with the development and maintenance of the business requirements process used to define requirements for systems projects, assist with the definition of project
scope and create appropriate scope documentation.
Solving problems by providing level one and level two support for our production systems. Contributing to the design and implementation of the support system to enhance reliability and self-correction.
Serves as technical and subject matter expert for initiatives involving the end to end life cycle of customer touch points, including web, phone/IVR, social media and traditional correspondence channels.
Develops effective and efficient solutions by researching/analyzing current state system capabilities and defining technology solutions options/recommendations working closely with key technology partners (e.g. Solution Designers and Architects).
Previous experience with customer enrollment data and workflows including the acceptance and processing of enrollment files from the NY State of Health, Maximus and Dept of Social Services (Roster processing).
Work with the user to select or create appropriate scenarios to test all results to determine whether system changes met project specifications; uses scenarios to assist the end user in acceptance testing.
The successful candidate will have the ability to interact and influence messaging across the organization. Deliverables and outcomes will range from building the change communications approach to writing messages and developing presentation materials. The candidate should be able to manage both upward and outward to ensure that the best approach to managing change.
The Systems IT Analyst will be heavily engaged in the support of the Firms distributed and mainframe environments. Monitor systems to identify malfunctions and Initiate corrective actions in a professional and timely manner when applicable.
Provides business systems analysis and support to a wide-variety of Campus Services systems. Participates on systems implementation teams from inception to implementation, applying quality assurance standards as appropriate.
