Attend monthly departmental administrative meetings and serve as a liaison between Section staff and faculty and department administration and other SoM departments as appropriate. Perform other duties as assigned.
The Senior Digital Project Manager (Sr. PM) is responsible for managing multiple projects within a program/portfolio construct, successfully balancing scope, quality, time and resources to deliver against the strategic plan and objectives of the business.
Prepares draft progress reports to funding agencies and presentations to sponsoring and regulatory agencies; analyses data collected, formulates, prepares database and generates a complete measurement report for review by the director.
Must have knowledge of financial terms and principles, and ability to conduct complex financial/business analysis including the preparation of complex reports, as well as to prepare and manage project/departmental budgets.
Support localization demands for corporate website roll out, content, campaigns in a highly effective manner; improve localization process, quality, and cost-efficiency with translation vendor management.
Analyze technical and cost proposals for new awards and change orders to spot potential problems such as misunderstanding of scope; use analysis to work with users to revise specifications as needed and/or to negotiate price proposals for new awards and/or change orders.
The PETM will also lead efforts analyzing the programs effectiveness and impact. He/she is responsible for creating and maintaining a reliable up-to-date database of information of all program work and for the timely and accurate generation of project reports.
Creates content across multiple training requirements including new-user orientation, developer onboarding, basic report development, advanced report development, 1010data programming, 1010data infrastructure, 3rd party integration practices, help desk support and Quick Apps development.
Provide project management for land development projects. Assignment, oversight, and control of staff including subconsultant and/or contractors to complete project assignments in accordance with project work plans.
Assist with the recruitment of patients, enrollment, grant submissions, and study coordination activities; coordinate the design and implementation of evaluation tools/instruments, data registries, surveys, and sampling strategies.
Develop and maintain Program budgets and sub-budgets, including revisions, projections, and planning; construct long-term financial plans and keep Directors well aware of future picture; recommend timelines and resources needed to achieve the strategic goals.
Provide guidance on building and/or maturing information security programs, detecting and responding to computer security incidents, and implementation of tools and technologies used for enterprise security.
Enclosure Senior Project Manager to closely work with project teams to manage and direct projects from conceptualizing building enclosures, drawing technical details and overseeing construction to deliver a wide variety of projects.
