The Manager will be responsible for identifying, building, and implementing services within their service line portfolio and will have end-to-end accountability for customer satisfaction, delivery effectiveness, and cost allocations and transparency.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating data for the Absence Monitoring and Tardiness Programs, conferring daily with operational managers on each campus to ensure that security officers and sergeants are properly being placed in the various phases of the program, and preparing and disseminating a weekly report to the department's Executive Staff.
