The clinical manager provides supervision, instruction, guidance, and evaluation for a group of clinical nurses, social workers, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech/language pathologists, therapy assistants, case managers, home health aides, and other clinical support staff in accordance with agency, state , and federal standards.
Ensures the appropriate level and mix of staff and effective staff utilization to meet staffing and workload requirements and support the delivery of quality patient care and services, within budgetary guidelines.
In this role, you will mobilize resources and manage the systems to respond to concurrent and respective data analysis and will participate in developing programs to improve clinical quality and fiscal outcomes.
In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with the nursing clinical director, physician leader and staff in insuring that the service/unit maintains the highest standards of patient care and is responsive to the needs of the patient & family as well as the organization.
As a Nurse Manager you will visit clients in their homes conducting regular monthly assessments while supervising Home Health Aides; conducting initial and re-assessments of adult clients in their homes.
