The QA & Compliance Specialist is responsible for the overall quality systems for a food warehousing and packaging company. The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee all the company's third party audits and maintain BRC and ISO 17025 (A2LA) certifications.
Manage activities related to electronic quality systems, e.g. document and record systems, Trackwise Change Control and Trackwise Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), Success Factors training, etc.
The Product Quality Surveillance Specialist Commercial Complaints is an experienced Quality and Technical professional who delivers the Product Quality Surveillance activities for Client's pipe-line products and appropriate support for in-line products to enable a sustainable existence on the market.
Responsible for identifying, implementing, and managing quality/performance improvement strategies and compliance initiatives. Responsible for data collection, tracking, and trending as well as other administrative support activities for the needs of the health plan.
In this role, the selected candidate will ensure the customer complaint investigation, procedures, and activities comply with applicable FDA and ISO requirements for complaint handling and adverse event reporting.
This role will specifically include evaluation of portfolio processes and change management activities across the Bank while offering guidance on where and how improvements can be made, including recommendations on key controls, performance metrics, and governance needs for monitoring the change management capability.
Collaborate with personnel in Operations, Technology, and Planning to resolve issues, support investigation completion and approval, provide recommended production dispositions and corrective actions where appropriate.
Supports continuous improvement and supports sustainability of implemented changes identified through lean six sigma tools such as kaizen activities. Identifies and implements continuous improvement changes within the ipt.
