Lead and support business development activities at clients, such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities, while working with the appropriate KPMG resources from other service lines and industries.
The Project Manager is the single point of responsibility and accountability for his/her assigned Projects starting with the Project Turnover Meeting and ending with a successful COC, Customer Survey and hand-off to the Service Department.
Oversees vendor project managers in the execution of medium and large project activities. Coaches and mentors project team members through the details of: project initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects; and, the details of information system life cycle.
