Plan and lead advisory board meetings, prepare materials and reports for senior institutional officials, and write progress summaries; create long- and short-term project plans and ensure they are implemented.
The candidate will have proven experience as a project manager/team lead on large/complex projects involving the coordination of different teams and territories, the successful deployment of in-house/package Liquidity, Financial or Risk systems, covering a broad spectrum of business/financial instruments.
Leads and oversees cross-functional teams/programs, budgets, resourcing, adherence to schedule etc. Develops a comprehensive approach for the portfolio of projects to monitor projects and monitor scope changes, prioritization of scope components, and the attainment of business value.
Prepare ad hoc simulations and analysis to support the Regional Management throughout the budget and forecast process, including ad hoc analysis of certain expenses categories and future looking analysis.

Work closely with the Director of Education and Continuing Education to maintain overall management of the human, material, and fiscal resources associated with the continuing nursing education programs.
Assist in development of full protocol documents and case record forms for Medical Affairs programs. Assist preparation of oral and written internal/external presentations (e.g. at Steering Committee and data safety monitoring boards meetings).
Works with Transplant Program Directors and Transplant Institute leadership to identify programmatic goals and to develop mechanisms for implementing goals with staff including written policies and procedures, documented protocols and pathways, and clear workflows.
Supervise staff and develop processes for compliance in establishing and closing out sponsored programs; develops and implements process improvements in research reporting, reconciliation and financial accounts management.
Support various development functional areas on the project, attends/coordinates sub-team meetings; organize ad hoc working groups as needed to move project activities forward in a timely and cost-effective way.
